Five 2027 digital weekly planner covers displayed on tablets, featuring blue floral, black-and-white grid, pink floral, strawberry, and lavender striped designs.

It’s October, which means 2027 planning season is just around the corner. If you plan on an iPad or tablet, a good digital planner makes the year so much easier to manage. I’ve designed five free 2027 weekly digital planners in different aesthetics, and every one of them is fully hyperlinked, so you can jump around your year with a single tap.

They all share the same layout, so the choice really comes down to which cover makes you want to open your planner every morning. You’ll find a clean black and white one, a moody blue floral, a soft blush rose, a bold purple stripe and a bright strawberry coquette design.

What’s Inside the 2027 Weekly Digital Planners

Each planner is a PDF that covers the whole of 2027 with a Sunday start. Here is what’s inside:

  • Hyperlinked tabs: The tabs down the right side of every page take you straight to any month from January to December. The tab at the top brings you back to the cover.
  • Monthly index page: Each month opens with an index page that links to the monthly calendar, every week of that month and the monthly review.
  • Monthly calendar: A full month grid with a monthly goals section underneath, plus a lined notes page.
  • Weekly pages: A box for each day on the left, and sections for tasks, appointments and events on the right.
  • Monthly review: Space to reflect on your highlights, challenges, gratitude and personal growth, with a spot for your intentions for next month.

The first weekly page starts on 27 December 2026, so the first week of January isn’t cut off.

How to Use Your Digital Planner

If you haven’t tried digital planning before, it’s easy to get started. Download the PDF, then import it into a note-taking app that supports hyperlinks, like Goodnotes or Notability. From there you can write directly on the pages with your Apple Pencil or stylus and tap the tabs to move around your year.

Choose your favorite design below, or grab more than one if you like to switch things up. These planners are for personal use only, so please don’t redistribute or sell them.

1. Minimalist Black and White Weekly Planner

This one is for anyone who likes things clean and simple. The cover has a hand-drawn grid in black and white with the title in a soft grey shape, and the pages inside keep to the same black and white look, with elegant serif headings.

2. Blue Floral Weekly Planner

If you like a calmer, moodier palette, this planner has navy and dusty blue watercolor roses framing an italic serif title. The month tabs on the side are a soft blue to match.

3. Blush Rose Weekly Planner

This is the softest of the five. A wreath of blush pink watercolor roses and sage green leaves surrounds the title, with dark brown lettering and pale pink tabs.

For something bolder, this planner has wavy lilac stripes on a cream background with big deep purple lettering. It’s a fun one if you want your planner to stand out in your apps.

5. Strawberry Coquette Weekly Planner

If you love the coquette aesthetic, this one has a pattern of bright red strawberries and pale pink bows. The title sits on a white rounded panel in deep cherry red, with matching pink tabs down the side.
